How I Remember My Passwords + Free Printable

When I say I forget my passwords, it is an understatement!  I've been known to get locked out of a newly created account because I can't remember the password I just created...yup, I'm that bad!

That's where I got the idea for this beautiful password log.

It has four different columns that help you keep it all together on this one printable.  Here's how to use it.

Website
List all the sites you have a password to under this tab.  You can do this alphabetically or list your frequently used websites first.

Username
I wish I could have the same username for every account, but every website has it's own rules for creating one.  Some need capital letters while others can be longer or shorter.  This tab will help you remember what exactly you need to put in.

Password
Because this is what the whole document is for, right?

Date
In a previous printable I had this column as Notes.  But it wasn't getting used for that.  It was getting used more as a when I changed my password type of thing, so I changed it to Date.  Here you list the date you changed your password so you know when it needs to be updated.  (Recommended is every 2-3 months)

Here's to not getting locked out of your accounts again!

  3. Love this idea. I always just kept mine in a word document on my computer. This seems much more reliable in case something was to happen to my computer. Thanks for the printable. love this
