I'm not a big cook, but I do like to bake! I did some baking with my family last night for Halloween and some for my little one!
My mom made these awesome Witches fingers cookies. We do this every year and is sort of a Halloween family tradition. We've been making these every year for about 8 years and each year they seem to come out better. I have to be honest that my mom made this batch of cookies and they come out looking way better than mine ever will! She puts so much detail into them. If you don't want them looking so gory, you can also dip them in chocolate or in powdered sugar.
Here's a link on how to make these Witches Finger Cookies!
Ring Around the Rosies' post on Freezer Meals. They really came out great and were easy to make. Here's the instructions for my version of Corn Dog Muffins.
-Jiff Cornbread Mix
Heat oven to 400. In bowl combine cornbread mix, egg, milk and hot dogs together. Place cupcake papers inside the muffin tins. Use an ice cream scooper to separate the batter evenly in each muffin paper. Bake for 10-15 min. Eat when cooled or freeze for later.
My little one loved this recipe, so I will be making this one again. The best part is I had some left over so I can freeze and take out for a quick snack for her.
